Tuesday: Chicken and spinach pizza
Wednesday: Grilled cheese sandwich, vegetable soup, salad
Thursday: 5-Bean Chili (and Fritos, cheese, tomato for Frito Pie). Corn bread muffins
Friday: Leftover chili
Saturday: tomato basil pasta, spinach salad/mixed veggies
Sunday: baked chicken, parmesan noodles, veggies

you know, it sounds like you will be cooking a lot this week. LOL.
I cook a lot most every week. Joe eats enough for 3 people.
I would laugh about it if it were not true....
but really, it's nothing very hard- parts of most every meal comes from a box! lol
